Follow these guidelines for the proper care and maintenance of your board to ensure its longevity and performance
General Cleaning
To maintain the wood's integrity, please wash the board by hand using mild dish soap and water.
It is important to wash both sides to prevent uneven wood expansion.
Do not soak or submerge the board in water, and never clean it in a dishwasher.
Once the board is completely dry, apply a small amount of mineral oil to preserve the wood and protect it from bacteria.
Deep Cleaning
For a more thorough cleaning, follow the general instructions above, then sprinkle the board with table salt and scrub it with a lemon to remove any lingering stains or odors.
After the board has dried, remember to reapply a small amount of mineral oil to maintain the protective seal.
